There is a lot of parking on the asphalt pad inside of the gate. 

We require a signed credit card preauthorization form be executed prior to check-in. 

Gate and Door are opened with a unique code that will be sent to you before you arrive.

The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, basic ingredients, cooking oil, quality dishes,  appliances and more.

There are multiple patios and outdoor areas to enjoy.

Property alarms, temperature, and heat levels are monitored by minut. House has a full sprinkler system.

The pool and spa are not fenced. Door and pool alarms are provided.

Yes, dogs are welcome. Owner is highly allergic to cats :<)so they cannot be on property.

Smoking is allowed outside only and must be away from open doors and windows. Cigarettes must be extinguished in the two ash trays with lids or in the metal can with gravel near the front gate.

The house is on one level except the second living room which is  a 1/2 step down.  We have a wheelchair ramp that bolts into the front door threshold that we place for guest that need it as  well as toilet grab bars, a shower seat and more.  Please ask.

House is connected via starlink. TVs have HBO Plus, Disney Plus, Prime stations and more. 

My wife and I are retired. We like taking our dog, Birch, to off leash dog parks. We also like spending time with family and friends and watching sci-fi shows. 
 
We were surprised to find out how much we enjoy hosting and how gratifying it is to help people really enjoy themselves.
